no.1 Design concept of telescopic boom
We use high-strength Baosteel 700 manganese steel material to design a 15-meter telescopic boom. The design is defined as the digging depth of 15 meters, not the length of the telescopic boom of 15 meters, and the length of the telescopic boom can reach 17 meters. The telescopic arm will not be super high, nor will it touch the chassis. The telescopic boom is specially provided for the 20-30T excavator series, which is suitable for large digging depths up to 15 meters deep. Provide special solutions for difficult work conditions. The lubrication method of the telescopic arm is centralized lubrication, which saves worry and effort.

(1) The effective working distance is large and the working depth is deep. The telescopic boom structure can reach a longer distance, and the telescopic boom can reach a deeper working depth, which is unmatched by traditional excavators.
(2) Direct construction can be done directly over some obstacles. The use of a telescopic arm device can complete the construction requirements across small trenches and steps. Due to the negative luffing angle, the ditch on the stop surface can also be cleaned, broken, and leveled, making it more suitable for use in field conditions.
(3) It has good work safety performance. The telescopic boom excavator has the function of load expansion and contraction. When stacking operations are carried out on uneven roads, it can be parked far away from the stacking point, and the construction operation can be completed by telescopic and luffing actions.
(4) It has a larger load-bearing capacity at a small amplitude, and a longer working distance and a higher working height under the allowable load.
(5) Easy to replace a variety of attachments and expand the scope of work.

It is often used in special operating environments limited by the working radius and deep excavation range. It can flexibly increase or decrease its operating radius and excavation depth range, thereby improving work efficiency.
